Angul,20/03: The “World Pakhala Divas” was celebrated in Talcher Truck Owners Association office premises. Special preparations were made for this. Specially, curd with ginger mix was served in the dish. Which was very tasty. This dish is generally prepared in the handishal of every Odia family house. Today, this platform has created a unique identity in the world market. Badichura, Shaga, Beserakhta and Baigana Bharata were very much appreciated with Pakhal.
